• write, edit, and research a wide range of materials, such as speeches, talking points, and official correspondence.
• capture the unique voice and tone of senior leaders while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.
• work independently, managing multiple projects with precision under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in executive writing, speechwriting, public affairs, or strategic communications
- Active Secret Clearance
- Proven ability to write for senior executives and high-profile audiences
- Experience developing speeches, talking points, and official correspondence
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the defense or government sector is highly preferred
- A track record of producing high-quality written materials that reflect strategic objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Political Science, Public Affairs, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills
- Ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging narratives
- Professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong ability to capture voice and tone of senior leaders
- Ability to maintain clarity and strategic intent in all communications
