Experienced Project System/Network Analyst to support Weapon System (WS) mission requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical analytical skills and a deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365. This role requires expertise in securing DoDIN operations in alignment with Joint Force Headquarters-DoDIN (JFHQ-DoDIN) and Air Force Cyber (AFCYBER) orders to enhance the cyber defense posture of enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, document, track, and analyze new and existing hardware, software, and firmware tools via the Functions-to-Tools mapping database for CSCS WS and associated WS touchpoints.
• Identify or analyze new and/or alternative software tool capabilities, assessing security posture, cost, ease of use, interoperability, potential transition plans, and ease of integration.
• Provide data and analysis on potential tool consolidation to optimize efficiency and reduce redundancy.
• Study and document topology, workflows, and operational procedures to enhance system understanding.
• Identify potential computer networking and application issues, proactively addressing risks and concerns.
• Analyze, observe, review, and report on the design, test, integration, and sustainment of network systems.
• Prepare, provide, and brief operational views of system architecture and flow diagrams to leadership and stakeholders.
• Review system design, procedures, forms, and specifications for accuracy, security, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze existing systems to ensure they remain aligned with evolving system requirements and equipment configurations.
• Update network topology deliverables to maintain an accurate visual representation of incoming systems, programs, network connections, WS components, and WS touchpoints.
• Provide technical advisory and assistance to staff regarding security, integration, and operational best practices.
• Research the compatibility of tools, processes, and capabilities with the current system configuration to ensure seamless integration.
• Expeditiously analyze and recommend security postures for tools, processes, and capabilities.
• Advise on cost to ensure best-value solutions that meet mission requirements and budget constraints.
• Advise and oversee sustainment, functionality, and training requirements to ensure long-term operational effectiveness.
• Provide a technical report outlining requirements for successful integration into NIPR and SIPR networks.
• Generate a technical report of analysis, identifying standards that should be incorporated into future Government initiatives.

• Extensive experience supporting DoDIN WS mission operations and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong critical analytical skills with a proven ability to assess complex cybersecurity challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory architecture, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365, including security configurations, integration, and management.
• Deep understanding of DoD cyber defense operations, including policies, procedures, and compliance requirements under JFHQ-DoDIN and AFCYBER orders.
• Experience working with enterprise IT security frameworks, risk management, and incident response within a DoD environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply DoD directives, policies, and cybersecurity strategies to operational requirements.
• Familiarity with zero-trust architecture, identity and access management (IAM), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and endpoint security best practices.
• Active TS/SCI required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: CISSP, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, or equivalent.
• Experience working with enterprise monitoring capabilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and coordinate with senior leadership, mission partners, and operational teams.
• Experienced developing and reviewing DoDAF artifacts.
