Windows Systems Engineer


Country Intelligence Group is seeking a Full-Time Systems Administrator to support our client in the deployment, management, and security of enterprise IT infrastructure across a geographically dispersed environment. The selected candidate will serve as a key member of the infrastructure team, responsible for implementing and maintaining robust server environments, managing enterprise directory services, and supporting advanced systems configuration to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. This role demands deep technical expertise in Windows server administration, virtualization, network services, and enterprise management tools. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and resolving infrastructure challenges, supporting mission-critical applications, and maintaining secure and efficient IT operations across multiple locations.

Tasks Performed:

• Build, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments to support enterprise applications and infrastructure services.

• Design, deploy, and manage virtual server infrastructure using VMware vSphere/ESXi, including resource allocation, performance tuning, and snapshot management.

• Utilize Active Directory tools to manage computer objects, configure and maintain security groups, and enforce access controls across the enterprise.

• Administer core networking services including DHCP and DNS to ensure efficient address assignment, name resolution, and overall network functionality.

• Manage Active Directory Sites and Services to define site boundaries and configure subnets, optimizing replication and service delivery based on geographic topology.

• Deploy and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to install software, manage operating system updates, and troubleshoot patch and deployment failures on both servers and workstations.

• Implement and support McAfee enterprise security products, including ePolicy Orchestrator (EPO), McAfee Antivirus, and McAfee Drive Encryption (MDE), ensuring endpoint protection across distributed network environments.

• Administer and maintain secure data transfer operations using tools such as Aspera for high-speed file exchanges across remote or cross-domain networks. Operate and maintain data transfer solutions such as Aspera, ensuring secure, high-speed transfer of sensitive data between remote sites.



Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Windows servers.

• Demonstrated experience building, deploying and maintaining virtual servers using VM Ware.

• Demonstrated experience using Active Directory suite of tools to manage computer objects, security groups, and access.

• Demonstrated experience using Windows Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name Services (DNS), and Site management.

• Demonstrated experience using Active Directory Sites and Services to configure subnets using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to install software on servers and workstations and for troubleshooting software and patch failures.

• Demonstrated experience deploying and managing McAfee EPO, McAfee Antivirus, and McAfee Drive Encryption (MDE) products across a geographically disperse enterprise network.

• Demonstrated experience deploying, operating, and maintaining data transfer tools such as Aspera.

• Demonstrated experience deploying and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

• Demonstrated experience using Active Directory Replication & Topology Management.

• Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). (Preferred)

• Demonstrated experience as an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Practitioner. (Preferred)

• Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator (MCSA). (Preferred)
