The work location of this position will be at the Pentagon 1-2 days per week on average or at the CATHEIXS Tysons HQ.
This position is contingent on stakeholder approval.

• Collaborate with analysts, communications staff, and government clients to keep workflows aligned and moving forward
• Help identify risks and provide recommendations for corrective actions in coordination with senior leadership
• Prepare internal reports and summaries that communicate project progress, challenges, and key metrics
Qualifications
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or above
• Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience within the DoD or Federal Agency environment, including internship or project coordination work
• Foundational Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project management concepts (PMBOK, Agile, or similar)
• Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
• Communication: Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly present information to both internal teams and clients
• Team Collaboration: Works well in a team environment, open to feedback and eager to learn
