In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with the FBM Reentry directorate for improvements and initiatives by applying engineering background to shape process innovations using engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications
o There are currently numerous actions from SSP following our off-site meeting and RPR, as well as, our internal offsite, which I intend for this individual to assist with
Assist in the integration of Hardware Utilization/GFI activities
Act as an integrator for production and a FBM Reentry program liaison
o Facilitate projects and efforts to streamline operations
o Integrate the various FBM Reentry production program lead information to ensure success
§ Keep an updated POC list to assist production and vice versa
o Identify opportunities for improvement and address them
§ Bring them to the SRCC
o Develop relevant content at the monthly SSP & LM collaboration meetings to improve communication
o Establish a monthly meeting rhythm to identify risks, issues, and challenges, and to measure performance between production and the Reentry Directorate in relation to production. This may be expanded to the SRP level once established at the FBM level
§ Gather data, collaborate with subject matter experts, and facilitate meeting
§ Assist in addressing action items
Basic Qualifications:
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
• Experience in the coordination planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects.
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from conceptualization and organize, plan and manage it to successful completion
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance , to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Greenbelt or blackbelt certified
• Strategic organizational experience
• Experience leading, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives and associated documentation

• Excellent, demonstrated communication, presentation and people skills are required as this position requires frequent briefings to senior leadership, as well as, the customer
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
