The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Python/Java Developer to support development of end-to-end system features, from user experience to backend code, and deploy solutions across multiple environments. This individual will bring their expertise in Agile development, cloud technologies, and microservices to a dynamic team environment in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will participate in authoritative source workshops with Government stakeholders to validate authoritative sources and attributes. You will then work with those sources to determine the integration approach, identify networking changes, understand the data schema, and develop integrations between those sources and Axonius. This includes configuring data mapping between authoritative source and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as required and documenting the integration to train POC(s) on actions to take when they change their system. You will also need to design and develop integrations to Flexera and ServiceNow CMDB to normalize and store data. You will also contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Data Management Plan, Architecture Plan, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), training, and a security assessment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400

- This individual will bring their expertise in Agile development, cloud technologies, and microservices to a dynamic team environment supporting a critical federal program
- Execute tasks using Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework in alignment with the project's Program Increment strategy
- Design and develop applications using Python, Java and shell scripting to interface with APIs, databases, and services
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure leveraging Azure technology
- Utilize container orchestration tools like Kubernetes for scalable and managed deployment of microservices
- Collaborate with the ISSM and networking professionals to ensure compliance with data routing and customer access requirements
- Employ tools such as Jenkins and GitHub to support CI/CD pipelines, including automated deployments, unit testing, code reviews, and coverage assessments
- Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
- Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
- Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- Python, Java, JavaScript/AngularJS development experience.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience working in Azure Cloud environment.
- Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
- Candidate should have a CompTIA Security+ certification or be able to obtain it within 30 days of hire. This is a firm requirement.
Desired:
- Knowledge of Axonius Platform and ServiceNow ITOM
- Agile or Scrum Master Certification
