Project Scheduler
The Opportunity :
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a master program schedule for over 400 facility construction projects. This role involves assisting program managers, performing data collection and analysis using Micro sof t Project, and developing graphical representations. You'll facilitate schedule reviews, identify the critical path, and suggest alternatives to regain slippage. You will be coordinating with Data Management support personnel, updating documentation, creating briefing slides, and maintaining schedule accuracy. You will also relate Marine Corps and Navy objectives to the program schedule, track critical activities, analyze the schedule, and prepare reports and presentations. Additionally, you will maintain an accurate program schedule, provide detailed analysis of the project schedule to assess impacts to the timeline, and prepare reports and presentations on the program schedule.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have :
- 3+ years of experience with using Micro sof t Project
- Experience with using Micro sof t Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures ( WBS ) , baseline schedules with task networking, resource loading and leveling, schedule statuses, performance tracking, and critical path reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques to develop support deliver able criteria and metrics covering complex program mission and functions for construction programs
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have :
- Experience with developing briefings and visual presentations for executive level audiences
- Knowledge of the development of executive-level corresp ond ence and the management of programs involving executive-level participants
- Master's degree
