Must Haves:
Works independently. Proven ability to drive FRB/MRB activities to closure. Ability to generate relevant metrics and present them to internal and external customers. Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees. Responsible for managing complex projects at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products.
Communicates within and outside of own function or business area and has responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) when necessary. Responsible for continuous improvement focus and Zero-Defect Plan (ZDP) execution. Will execute with Program Management, IPTs, and Quality Leadership to report status and process improvements. Partners with other functions to achieve efficient resolution of issues without compromise to quality.
Basic Qualifications:

- BA of Engineering Aerospace Electrical or Mechanical
- Responsible for managing complex projects at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products.

- Responsible for continuous improvement focus and Zero-Defect Plan (ZDP) execution.
- Will execute with Program Management, IPTs, and Quality Leadership to report status and process improvements.
- Partners with other functions to achieve efficient resolution of issues without compromise to quality.
- First Article Inspection ensuring all specifications are met including final reporting to customer
- Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results
- Strong Communications skills with all stakeholders.
