Logistics Exercise Planner, Senior
Key Role:
Provide subject matter expertise of critical logistics information and operations to enable decision advantage. Coordinate exercise efforts across multiple organizations and staff by participating in standing working groups, ad hoc meetings, and planning and development conferences, and by developing products and presentations to monitor, assess, and synchronize numerous efforts. Develop, coordinate, and staff any and all requirements related to Field Training Exercises ( FTXs ) and Command Post Exercises ( CPX ) . Incorporate current operational concepts, de-conflict and synchronize employment scenarios, exercise objectives, and deployment and redeployment activities. Coordinate Base Operating Support ( BOS ) , including fuels, meal services, housing, transportation, and other BOS services with host nation.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a military or government logistics and sustainment operations professional
- 5+ years of experience with FTXs and CPX
- Experience using data analytics to support logistics operations
- Knowledge of FTX processes
- Knowledge of logistics methodologies
- Ability to work non-standard work hours to support crisis and surge operations and international travel to c ond uct site surveys and planning conferences in support of FTXs, Dynamic Force Employments ( DFE ) , and Agile Combat Employment ( ACE ) activities
- Ability to prepare briefing and brief senior leaders
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and across departments and commands
- Bachelor's degree
