Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking Cloud Support Specialists (Digital Escorts) to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in Reston, VA. The team is seeking end-user support specialists familiar with cloud environments to support a classified program. This position is open to shift work and there are currently multiple night shift positions available on the team.

Responsibilities of the Cloud Support Specialist:
- Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools
- Document all findings from tickets and incidents
- Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier 1/Tier II level
Qualifications of the Cloud Support Specialist:
- 1+ years of professional IT experience
- Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems; Active Directory, JIRA, ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to work Night Shift (shift flexibility)
- Must hold an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Compensation of the Cloud Support Specialist:
- Compensation: $70,000 - $130,000+/year **based on experience**
