Strategic Analysis is seeking a skilled Orientation Lead to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to program deliverables.
In addition to working well in a team environment, as a successful Orientation Lead candidate you responsible for managing, coordinating, and oversight of DARPA's Onboarding Program, Basecamp, ensuring it runs smoothly, within budget, and on schedule.
Must be able to support hours of 7:00 am -5:30 pm Monday and Tuesday every other week for personnel orientation.
Responsibilities:
• Program Coordination: Oversee Basecamp, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders and employees, clearly communicating project goals, event expectations, and progress updates.
• Pre-Event Planning: Lead all pre-event planning activities, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with various teams and stakeholders.
• Operational Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Basecamp operations, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Event Execution: Support and execute day-of operations for Basecamp, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
• Master of Ceremonies: Act as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) for events, engaging participants and ensuring a professional and dynamic event experience.
• Program Team Building Lead: Plan and execute team building activities on Day 1 and Day 2 and facilitate gap-filler activities as needed.
• Team Management: Oversee Basecamp Team, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Program Adjustment: Provide continuous feedback and support to refine and improve the program based on participant and stakeholder feedback.
Qualification Requirements:
Education
• BA/BS
Clearance:
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience:
• Experience managing large events or programs, including onboarding or conferences
• Experience communicating with senior or executive leadership
• Experience managing high-performing teams
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Desired skills:
• Ability to learn client specific processes for administrative tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems and provide real time solutions when unexpected issues arise
• Ability to track and execute multiple projects while prioritizing the most urgent or important
• Ability to provide support at client site 3 days per week.
• Possession of strong attention to detail
