P-8 I3B2 program is seeking a Logistics Integrator (Senior or Lead) in Cecil Field, Florida to work as Airplane Delivery Captain. This role will focus on the safe and efficient delivery of aircraft, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies while delivering exceptional service to our customers. The position emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and effective communication in a dynamic operational environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation systems engineering, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer service. This role requires frequent interactions with cross-functional teams, ground support, and customers, necessitating excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
This position may require occasional travel and the ability to work flexible hours, including second shift and weekends. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Boeing Cecil Field in Jacksonville, FL.

Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all stakeholder support required to successfully return modified aircraft to an airworthy state and back to the US Navy customer.
- Responsible to coordination to ensure all pre-flight checks and documentation are complete.
- Conduct thorough briefings to prepare the team for upcoming flight operations.
- Lead post-event de-briefs. Facilitate debriefs to discuss aircraft performance and test findings.
- Coordinate aircraft configuration required for test events. Ensure the required aircraft configuration for test is coordinated and communicated to all relevant parties.
- Document and status squawks, coordinate resolution. Track and resolve any issues that arise during flight events.
- Coordinate logistics, aircraft configuration, and paperwork with BT&E flight crew. Ensure all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
- Lead enhancements, improvements, and revisions to enable efficient execution of flight events.
- Coordinate on-aircraft troubleshooting. Work with support organizations to provide shop with appropriate support during troubleshooting efforts.
- Participate in Safe to Fly events. Work with other stakeholders to ensure each aircraft is safe to fly after an extended modification period.
- Provide daily status on critical FCOs / NCRs / Squawks: Keep all stakeholders informed about critical issues.
- Track and expedite parts and equipment needs for critical jobs. Ensure that necessary parts and equipment are available for operations.
