Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking several Supplier Program Management Specialist to support the Air Dominance Supply Chain team in Berkeley and Hazelwood, MO!

This is an opportunity to join an immersive Supply Chain cohort where you will be trained to be at the forefront of optimizing demand and supply dynamics. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting technical and business activities to meet supplier performance targets, the evaluation of performance throughout all contract phase and a continuous review and analysis supplier assessments. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to review of current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance. Upon completion of this cohort, you will be strategically placed into a role that aligns to your newly developed strengths.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Supports technical and business activities to meet supplier performance targets
  • Supports the evaluation of performance throughout all contract phases
  • Supports supplier assessments. Assists in the review of current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance
  • Contributes to recovery, corrective and preventative action planning
  • Gathers data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in engineering, mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study).


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • More than 1 year of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity
  • More than 1 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
  • More than 1 years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
  • More than 1 years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $68,000 - $84,000
