The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Senior Business Office/Program Management Office (PMO) Lead to oversee the USSTRATCOM Information Technology lifecycle Support (SCITLS) Business Office/PMO; an innovative 12-person team supporting the SCITLS program and our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is in Omaha, Nebraska and is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
The Senior Business Office/Program Management Office (PMO) Manager will lead a team of PMO professionals supporting the program team consisting of 460+ IT professionals and our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), at Offutt AFB, Nebraska.
This position is in Omaha, Nebraska, and is contingent upon award of the USSTRATCOM SCITLS. You will manage the PMO shop consisting of 12 management professionals providing the following services: Travel Coordinator, Procurement, Subcontract Management, Security, Resources Management, SharePoint Development, Training and Finance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Provides management support and oversight of the daily operations under this TO for contractor personnel, including subcontractors.
- Responsible for assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance
- Responsible for managing technical issues and business processes
- Supervises one Resource Manager, one Procurement Specialist, one Subcontract Manager, one Training Manager, one ADMIN Assistant/Travel Coordinator, one Security Manager, and one SharePoint Manager.
- Coordinates and synchronizes with the Program Financial Team.
- Manages and responds to Government issues, concerns, and comments
- Alerts the Government proactively to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitation issues
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- Produces and/or is responsible for monthly program deliverables
- Overall responsible for building out and sustaining the PMO portions of CACI's SCITLS OneScope SharePoint Portal and Power BI Dashboard to include Data input and reports.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in science (BS) or a bachelor's degree in arts (BA)
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project, program or PMO Management.
- Solid Understanding of PMO functions and a proven ability to lead and manage a PMO.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills
