The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Senior Program Resource Manager to lead the planning and allocation of resources to the SCITLS program and additional Technical Direction Letters (TDLs). This includes determining the organization's demand for resources, ensuring its capacity to meet staffing needs, participating in the recruiting/hiring process, assigning employees to program billets, conducting onboarding activities for all new SCITLS employees and monitoring/reporting staffing fill levels. This position is part of an innovative PMO team supporting our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in Omaha, Nebraska.
This position is located in Omaha, Nebraska and is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the allocation of resources for TO
- Develops and implements recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Manages the staffing process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate communication
- Manages and tracks operational resources to support TDL needs.
- Responsible for filling new or vacant positions through new hires, cross-training existing employees, or re-leveling efforts across TDLs.
- Responsible for coordinating with corporate recruiters, one-day coordinators and subcontractors to identify the best-qualified candidates available to fill program vacancies.
- Onboards all new employees and ensures they have the appropriate security clearance, receive the facility clearance, badge, required CACI/USSTRATCOM training and orientation
- Prepares program vacancy reports, coordinates subcontractor vacancy reports, reviews position descriptions, posts vacancies, and tracks applicants. These reports and dashboards are automated and will be managed on the CACI SCITLS SharePoint site (OneScope).
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in science (BS) or a bachelor's degree in arts (BA)
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project/program management or PMO operations.
- Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, personnel management and program level PMO operations.
- Experience using SharePoint and Power BI automated dashboards for monitoring and tracking personnel actions and staffing/fill trends
