Job duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
Senior Innovation Integrators will provide independent and objective assistance to the government. Derive requirements, perform technology assessments, develop acquisition strategies, conduct risk assessments, develop cost estimates, determine system specifications, generate analyses, testing and simulation to inform government decisions, author and present program briefings, and provide objective verification that system designs meet operational needs. Assist in the prioritization of advanced research and development projects as well as integration of emerging technologies in both existing products and prototyping efforts. Routinely leads conversations at the Service, Interagency, and Intelligence Community Three and Four Star Levels. Synchronizes JSOC internal development efforts across multiple assigned units and prepares product development efforts for transition to Capability Development Directorates.
International Operations Support SMEs will perform functional duties independently, similar to a Program Manager. Assist in the research, analysis, development, staffing and management of the SOF AT&L International Engagement Strategy and associated documents. Assist in management of applicable Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and develop new MOUs. Assist in capability disclosure determinations and evaluate Classified Military Information (CMI) for foreign disclosure. Assist in developing Equipment and Material Transfer Agreements (EMTA) and Project Arrangements (PA). Support Foreign Visitor Request (FVR) process. Manage and update International Operations information management systems. Assist in developing responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Letters of Request (LOR), and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) associated with the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Excess Defense Articles (EDA) programs. Assist in the development of schedules, reports, briefs, information/point/white papers, and responses for the Task Management Tool (TMT).

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Required: 5+ years of Program Management experience, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Desired: Master's degree in related field. Confidence and willingness to lead small groups and projects. Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional international partners. Strong writing and verbal skills.
- Recent experience working with SOF and/or JSOC desired.
