Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, testing, and installing large-scale US Navy submarine training systems.
- Collaborating with government customers and fleet end user personnel, internal engineers, and external development team members to coordinate trainer development.
- Performing system engineering, program execution tracking, and integration and test activities.
- Working with Navy schoolhouse personnel to execute trainer installations and demonstrate trainer operation.

Required Education
- BA/BS degree with significant subject matter work experience obtained through a Submarine ASW-related ST tour.
Required Experience
- You must have U.S. Citizenship and be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government granted security clearance. Employment is contingent on receiving an interim Secret security clearance.
- You must have 6+ years of US Navy submarine experience in Undersea Warfare as a submarine officer.
- You must have subject matter expertise in ARCI or AN/BQQ-10 Sonar system operations.
- You will be exposed to many different attributes of professional systems development and thus will need an ability to learn and apply new skills, and also share your own expertise with the team to improve our development capabilities.
Desired Experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in program support, software development/testing, configuration management, and/or technical writing.
