LCS Defense is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to establish and maintain development tools and quality systems within our classified development environment. This role will focus on setting up, configuring, and documenting our development infrastructure to support classified hardware development programs
Key Responsibilities
· Set up and configure development tools in classified environment:
o Version control systems
o Issue tracking
o Document management
o Build systems
· Establish configuration management processes
· Create and maintain documentation for all systems
· Define quality control procedures
· Support development team with tools and processes
· Ensure compliance with security requirements
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years experience in configuration management
· Experience setting up development tools in classified environments
· Strong knowledge of:
o Git-based version control
o Jira or similar issue tracking
o Document management systems
o Build automation tools
· Current TS//SCI clearance
· Experience with quality management systems
· Strong documentation skills
Desired Skills
· Experience with hardware development tools
· Familiarity with classified development practices
· Experience with air-gapped networks
· Experience developing and managing design control processes

Additional Information
· Must be comfortable working in classified environments
· Strong communication skills required
· Ability to create and maintain process documentation
· Experience training users on new tools and processes
