Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Strategic Planner to join a USARPAC program based in Honolulu, HI. This is an opportunity to leverage your senior expertise in Exercise Communications Planning and Network Engineering, supporting multi-domain and multinational missions across the Pacific, with opportunities for travel to Hawaii, Asia, and the South Pacific. This position requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Strategic Planner:
- Advise and manage customer networks and information systems for exercises and missions.
- Brief senior leaders on network architectures, integration challenges, solutions, and risks.
- Align planned communications networks with OPLANs for each exercise.
- Recommend future and emerging capabilities.
- Develop WAN and LAN architectures using unit MTOE equipment and GOTS/COTS solutions.
- Document networks, considering redundancy, chokepoints, and risks; submit modifications to CCB.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and coalition partners on communication plans for exercises.
- Organize units for network plan implementation.
Qualifications of the Senior Strategic Planner:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ of IT Management experience
- Experience with Army tactical communications systems, Mission Partner Environment enclave, and OPLANS
- Experience tracking project progress
- Certifications: Security+ CE, CISSP OR CISM
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
Compensation for the Senior Strategic Planner:
- Salary: $145,000-155,000/year *flexible based on experience*
