Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Intelligence Targeting Analyst to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT) , primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:
• Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or nonlethal engagements. Develops target nominations, creates database records, and
databases target intelligence products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements.
• Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases.
Required qualifications/skills:
• Minimum of a master's degree
• Minimum of 12 or more years of intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with SOCCENT SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
• Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current intelligence analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of intelligence tools.
• 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
• Minimum of three (3) years targeting experience within previous five (5) years.
• Advanced HVI/Network targeting methodology knowledge/understanding, nodal analysis, and ability to fully utilize the F3EAD targeting process.
• Highly proficient in utilizing current applications and intelligence related automation to support target development, analytical efforts, and product development.
• Excellent briefing skills and experience in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.
• Experience in the following analytical areas: CT, Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis.
• Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is required
• Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
