LMS/LXP ANALYST
Location: US REMOTE (EST and CST preferred)
  • Must work 8-5 EST

Project Details:
The customer is in the process of planning for a rollout of Degreed, which will serve as the Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This tool sits between their Learning Management System (LMS) called SABA SBX (Owned by Cornerstone) and their learning content providers like LinkedIn Learning and O'Reillys.

We need an analyst that has experience with Saba, Degreed, or comparable LMS and LXP systems. This person would need to be able to help in the initial implementation of Degreed and ensuring it is connected properly to all the relevant systems and configured properly alongside the technical team.

Must Have Skills:
  • 4+ years of Business Analyst/ Functional Lead Experience:
    • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and communicating to the implementation and internal teams
    • Articulating business needs as well as leading processes/ recommendations to ensure goals are achieved
  • Must have experience with configuring and implementing LMS platforms ( Preferably Cornerstone (Saba), but can be any LMS/ LXP)
  • Experience with LXP (Learning Experience Platforms) - (Ex of platforms: Oracle, Edcast)
    • Understands the tools and has set up integrations as well as delivered training
    • Completing UAT Testing

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and technical teams to gather, document, and translate learning requirements into functional specifications for Degreed and related systems.
  • Support system configuration and integration efforts between Degreed, SABA SBX (Cornerstone), and third-party content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, O'Reilly).
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
  • Monitor data integrity across platforms, ensuring accurate learner records, content alignment, and reporting functionality.
  • Conduct stakeholder communications, provide regular status updates, and facilitate alignment across L&D, HR, and IT teams.
  • Support change management efforts by contributing to training materials, delivering demos, and guiding end users through new system functionality.
  • Recommend process improvements and enhancements based on user feedback and system performance.
