Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced onsite Liaison Officer (LNO) to provide contractor oversite to SETA staff supporting Project Manager Cyber and Space (PM C&S).

This is an opportunity to be involved in the rapidly growing PM C&S Program Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to :
  • Support all SETA Resources.
  • Ensure MIRARs reports are up to date daily.
  • Ensure all personnel are arriving per their scheduled arrival time.
  • Ensure all personnel are leaving per their scheduled departure time and not earlier.
  • Ensure all changes in hours have been at least notified to govt lead and yourself.
  • Lead and/or Back up TS Supervisor for all MAG SETA supporting C&S.
  • Ensure timesheets are opened and hours recorded daily.
  • Maintain close communication with MAG EWC PMO on all SETA activity.
  • Track and maintain all SETA schedules on roster.
  • Provide updates to MAG EWC PMO if changes happen.
  • Support new hires, as needed with setting up MAG systems, i.e. Deltek, MAG email, Concur)
  • Support out processing SETA, collecting equipment/badges under direction of security and IT.
  • Address any process questions
  • Be familiar with:
    • MAG HR policies
    • Leave policies (PTO, HOL, RDO, FMLA, STD, MIL LEAVE)
    • Travel Policy and using CONCUR
    • MAG IT Support
  • Prepare and distribute Certificates of Appreciation.
  • Support Quarterly luncheons.
  • Approve Travel Authorization Request (TAR) Extended Work Week EWW requests on the government Share point site.
  • Track approved TARs and Extended Work Week (EWW) on Travel Tracker.
  • Other duties as assigned by the customer and MAG PMO.


Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and Skills
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills; organizational and analytical skills; the ability to express thoughts clearly; and the ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
  • Experience in detailed management and oversight of a Contractor or Govt. team, including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience working in a PEO/PM/PdM program office.
  • Must possess a high degree of initiative and personal accountability requiring minimal supervision.


Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Experience
  • Five (5) years of experience managing Government programs.
  • At least two (2) years of that experience must be in a supervisory capacity, where you have directly managed and supervised others.

Education
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university.
  • In lieu of a degree, five (5) additional years of experience in a related field, such as project management, business analysis, or operations management, may be substituted.
  • PMP Certification and/or DAWIA Program Management Certification in Program Management


Other Qualifications

Ability to work within an office/lab environment.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $63750 to $106250 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
