Salary Range: $36,000 - $42,000
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or a related discipline
-Basic knowledge of GIS and mapping concepts, including geospatial data, coordinate systems, spatial databases, and basic cartography (scale, projections, features, and map design).
-Familiarity with geospatial data standards and best practices for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compatibility across different systems and formats.
-Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, data management, and documentation.
-Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively to a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
-Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to expanding GIS knowledge, adopting new tools and technologies, and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Desired:
-Experience utilizing ArcGIS Pro, LiDAR data, or Global Mapper for spatial analysis, map creation, and geospatial data processing and visualization.
