GENERAL FUNCTION:

• Support technical requirements related to procurement, modification, and performance of training devices.
• Provide technical input for defining and refining program requirements.
• Assist in reviewing contractor technical activities related to training systems.
• Conduct training system analysis to support capability development.
• Contribute to development planning and system lifecycle considerations.
• Support identification and mitigation of technical risks.
• Assist with hardware and software integration efforts.
• Participate in acceptance testing of training systems.
• Support certification and accreditation for information assurance.
• Provide facility-related technical assistance for training system implementation.
• Assist in integrating visual, radar, infrared/electro-optic, and tactical environment systems and databases.
• Contribute to flight systems and flight dynamics modeling, design, and development.
• Support networking and distributed mission operations of training devices.
• Perform technical and systems engineering, cost estimation, and concurrency tracking.
• Act as PMO liaison at test events and SimCerts, and support concurrency management tasks including requirements definition, issue investigation, budgetary quoting, and purchase description development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MA/MS Degree with 10 years of directly related experience or BA/BS with 12 years of directly related experience or 15 years of directly related experience to this discipline.
• Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Top Secret Level.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications and other standard applications.
