About the role
Concept Plus seeks a Database Developer to perform sustainment tasks for client's database support and APIs/Interfaces. Develops and maintains client Web Services APIs for existing and future interface partners. Performs IT interface development/maintenance/changes, system updates, security updates, database tuning, sustainment activities, Operating System updates/changes to include Web Services API design, implementation, and sustainment.

About the role
Concept Plus seeks a Database Developer to perform sustainment tasks for client's database support and APIs/Interfaces. Develops and maintains client Web Services APIs for existing and future interface partners. Performs IT interface development/maintenance/changes, system updates, security updates, database tuning, sustainment activities, Operating System updates/changes to include Web Services API design, implementation, and sustainment.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and manage client RDS Oracle database, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Responsibilities may include creating database schemas, writing and optimizing SQL/PLSQL queries, and tuning performance.
- Implement data security, backup, and recovery processes, and integrations.
- Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot database issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain database documentation and manage upgrades/patches.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Secret Clearance
- 8+ years experience as a database developer (5+ as an Oracle database developer)
- PL/SQL experience
- AWS CI/CD Services experience
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Bachelors degree preferred
