LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Configuration/Change Management Services to support our contract at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) DDSB based in San Antonio, Texas. Responsibilities:Document the approval, deployment, and configuration of all Infrastructure system/service Configuration Items (CI) into or that exist within the infrastructure production environment. Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)-enterprise level; to implement continuous process improvement efforts-analyze/modify the current enterprise change framework and provide status reporting prior to and/or after remediation actions/fixes have been engineered and executed; validate deployment plans have been provided and follow existing performance limitations.Provide customers and government lead with accurate, timely information on infrastructure system/service CIs.Document and track 100 percent of modifications using the established CMDB-such as Remedy, ServiceNow, or other approved ITSM system(s).Provide training to change coordinators, initiators for using the CMDB.Establish and ensure pertinent artifacts are generated/maintained to begin establishing functional and design
