Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a CyberArk Architect to support a federal initiative focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategy and implementation. This role involves leading CyberArk deployments, securing multitenant environments, and integrating PAM solutions with cloud and IAM systems.
This is a REMOTE role open to U.S. Citizens Only.
Secret Clearance Required.
In this role, you will:
Architect and implement CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
Lead hands-on configuration of CyberArk PAS components including Vault, PSM, CPM, and PVWA
Collaborate with identity and security teams to align with Zero Trust and compliance frameworks
Integrate PAM with cloud platforms and enterprise IAM systems
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and compliance assurance
Educate and advise stakeholders on PAM best practices and security controls
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) design and implementation
Minimum 3 years of experience with CyberArk PAS, including enterprise deployment and management
Minimum 3 years of experience architecting PAM in multitenant or federal environments
Minimum 3 years of experience integrating with AWS, Azure, Oracle, or GCP
Experience leading technical teams and reviewing secure architecture deliverables
Strong understanding of IGA, security controls, and access governance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
CompTIA Security+ certification (required)
Preferred:
CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or equivalent certification
Experience with Agile delivery teams and federal IT compliance (e.g., NIST, FISMA)
