Description:
You will be the Product Support Integrator for the F-35 Sensors Logistics and Sustainment Engineering (LSE) team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of LSE tasks throughout the F-35 Sensors life cycle, driving system readiness and performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Product Support Integrator, you will be responsible for leading the F-35 Sensors LSE team, providing senior-level technical and management expertise in project management, strategic planning, and business capture. You will oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, and personnel management, coordinating with F-35 Sensors Program Management, customers, and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading LSE activities, such as Reliability, Integrated Logistics Support, Depot and Field Operations, and Configuration/Data Management
• Collaborating with Program Chief Engineers and Program Managers to implement LSE requirements and strategies
• Coordinating requirements and feedback with LSE Capability Managers and Operational and Capability Excellence Integrators
• Defining resources and methodologies to demonstrate system capabilities and functions
• Implementing functional processes, methods, and practices on assigned programs

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong technical background
- Experience implementing Engineering for Sustainment concepts, experience working directly with multiple Logistics & Sustainment Engineering (LSE) disciplines, and general understanding of all LSE disciplines.
- Experience leading teams on projects within an Integrated Product Team (IPT).
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and large audiences.
- Experience in systems development, product demonstration, and requirements verification.
- Understanding and experience in the generation and implementation of LM Corporate and Business Area policies & procedures.
- Background in major DoD military systems.
- Understanding of DoD sustainment policy and procedures.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of and experience in the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering efforts on F-35 Sensors.
- Engineering team lead experience in managing Logistics and Sustainment Engineering disciplines with large teams.
- Formal training in executive communication with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to Interface with cross Functional Teams to solve issues.
- Ability to Lead, Coach, and Train LSE personnel while being responsible for LSE Scope (Technical, Schedule, Financial).
- Risk identification and management experience
- Proposal development experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
