Description
Leidos Public Health and Human Services Operation is seeking Daily Operations Technical Lead, contingent upon contract award.
Candidate MUST:
Be local to the Washington DC Metro area and be able to work onsite as needed; be a US Citizen or US Person (Green Card holder) with the ability to obtain a Public Trust level 5 Clearance.

Pay Range: Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00

Leidos Public Health and Human Services Operation is seeking Daily Operations Technical Lead, contingent upon contract award.
Candidate MUST:
Be local to the Washington DC Metro area and be able to work onsite as needed; be a US Citizen or US Person (Green Card holder) with the ability to obtain a Public Trust level 5 Clearance.
- Responsible for management of the Technical Daily Operation functions to include but are not limited to:
- Validating system/applications availability, functionality, and integrity daily applied patches or configuration changes to the Development, Test, Pre-Production and Production environments (e.g., operating systems, databases, middleware)
- Beginning initial response and troubleshooting within designated timeframes of the identification or upon notification of any system outages and performance issues
- Engaging and beginning troubleshooting within 3 hours of being notified of any system outages and performance issues and notify the email distribution list of the outage/issue
- Improving/ always identifying and implementing improvements and efficiencies in technical operations via automation
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of secure agile software development experience with DevSecOps for federal mission critical enterprise system (4 additional years of related experience considered in lieu of degree)
- 3+ years Experience using jira, confluence and service now
- 3+ years of technical operations lead experience for a federal enterprise system
