Site Reliability Engineer

As a site reliability engineer on our team, you'll help the DoD develop more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You'll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You'll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. This is your chance to further your skills in cloud technologies and HPCs while continuing to grow your SRE experience.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with scripting
- 5+ years of experience using Linux system administration
- 5+ years of experience providing support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Infrastructure as a Service, managing IT system infrastructure and any processes for these systems, or isolating and resolving hardware and sof tware problems involving the applications, operating system, hardware, and communications infrastructure
- 2+ years of experience with Jenkins
- 2+ years of experience with Docker
- Ability to quickly identify and debug issues based on stack t race s
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- IAT Level 2 Certification
Nice If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with Python
- 5+ years of experience with Bash
- 2+ years of experience with Helm
- Experience with AirFlow
