Overview:

The Sponsor requires direct support on a multidisciplinary team to enable key mission stakeholders to rapidly operationalize and exploit key Sponsor data holdings.

Systems EngineerThe Sponsor requires direct support on a multidisciplinary team to enable key mission stakeholders to rapidly operationalize and exploit key Sponsor data holdings. The Sponsor also requires technical outreach, information exchange, and technical support services for a mission-impact focused office. An ideal candidate will have data engineering technical capabilities, as well as analysis skills (analytical methodology and practice; writing and production; briefing; and identification of knowledge gaps, etc.). The Engineer will interface with end-users and the Development team; assess and manipulate large amounts of data; and analyze both large and small datasets to identify trends and patterns. They will gather requirements to support full stack development for Sponsor data driven internal web applications for high impact Sponsor mission users; assist mission users with developing and applying data exploitation models and devising creative data exploitation strategies; and identify opportunities to take the above creative data exploitation strategies and work with mission application developers to integrate them into existing workflows. The Engineer will assist in providing technical training to Sponsor's data users on custom tools and data exploitation consistent with established use cases; assist mission users to leverage the Sponsor's custom tools and data in their daily workflows; and prepare and communicate the workings and results of computational models and tools.

1.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with leading data exploitation efforts leveraging data and mission applications. 2.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with rapid prototyping of data exploitation capabilities to address unmet needs with a proven record of scaling said capabilities to production. 3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience translating and communicating end-use requirements to developers providing system upgrades, features, and added data value. 4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with strong briefing and writing (verbal and written) skills 5.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with leading data exploitation efforts leveraging Sponsor data and mission applications 6.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsor core business lines with in-depth knowledge of national intelligence Agencies. 7.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsor created applications. 8.(Desired) Demonstrated experience working on a multidisciplinary team of data professionals. 9.(Desired) Demonstrated experience in Sponsor locations. 10.(Desired) Demonstrated experience working in high operational tempo environments. 11.(Desired) Demonstrated experience as classroom instructor. 12.(Desired) Demonstrated experience as a course designer or assisting in a course design.
MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph
