Overview:

The Sponsor needs project integration support for the architecture, engineering, implementation, and operation of various infrastructure components as well as enterprise services.

Project/System IntegratorThe Sponsor's office is responsible for the architecture, engineering, implementation, and operation of various infrastructure components (computer, network, and storage) as well as enterprise services relating to building and operating a hybrid cloud mission infrastructure. The Sponsor must deploy the infrastructure at various sites and as part of the deployment, track and maintain documentation of procurement activities, system build activities, training requirements, and shipping logistics, as well as manage field-deployed data exfiltration and exploitation platforms. The Sponsor needs project integration support for these activities. The Project Integrators will work with users, developers, and the Sponsor's technical leadership team to collect functional requirements and coordinate the decomposition of the functional requirements into technical requirements. They will assist the Sponsor with administrative activities relating to system security accreditation processes; create documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals and troubleshooting guides or other integrated documentation to support the success of field users and the program; and decompose customer requirements into technical solutions. The Project Integrators will participate and brief at systems various customer boards, at all levels; provide support enhancing business efficiency and insights; and work with the Sponsor's requirements managers and stakeholders to identify requirements issues, analyze complex requirements and negotiate requirements changes. They will use the Sponsor's project tracking system to manage scheduled deliverables, program level requirements and project prioritization; work with the Sponsor's task leads to provide recommended prioritization of tasks and levels of effort; and work within a multidisciplinary team and assist in technical project management, situational awareness reporting and horizontal integration planning for IT projects. The Project Integrators will provide regular communications to both internal and external stakeholders including senior management; prioritize resources, monitor progress, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget; and register students for courses, sending out reminders and cancellations. They will also monitor incoming email traffic for course registrations, purchases, and kudos on Sponsor product; create and maintain Sponsor product information from multiples sites; and maintain schedules, feature lists, and programmatic materials.

1.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience assisting with project management, project schedule and cost estimation. 2.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience creating and delivering informational and decision briefings to peers, divisional, group, and enterprise-level boards. 3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience creating complex technical documentation in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. 4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience generating and delivering briefing materials to gain approval of technical solutions. 5.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience identifying and managing technical risks including alternatives analysis and making recommendations to leadership. 6.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating IT procurements including estimation, tracking, and execution. 7.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience managing project documentation in Confluence or JIRA, and MS Project, and ServiceNow. 8.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience managing requirements, including gathering requirements from users, decomposition of user requirements into technical solutions, and performing traceability of features to requirements. 9.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience managing the integration of multiple software and hardware components into a functional system by estimating, scheduling, and monitoring the execution of complex technical tasks. 10.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience planning and implementing IT standards, guidelines, and governance. 11.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience driving project integration efforts to completion. 12.(Desired) Demonstrated experience creating and managing technical documentation meeting the Sponsor's Project Management Framework.
