Candidate will conduct end to end program and project management activities for one or more initiatives that are company-wide, cross functional and/or strategic in nature for Fed Gov agencies.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints.
- Analyzes proposed projects, develops detailed project plan schedules, and identifies and assembles a project team; performs scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects; establishes and manages critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.
- Leads the design, implementation, and production life cycle (e.g., business case analysis, feasibility analysis, and market research) of technical business initiatives; may lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs. This includes vendor management.
- Utilize Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management.
Job Contribution: Journeymen or higher-level technical professional. Expertise with Voice, Voice Transformation services, and Data Networking combined with sound understanding of AT&T technologies.

Required Qualifications:
- K nowledge and Experience with wireline products and services is strongly desired to be able to manage the projects that support our core business.
- Expertise in voice and data services
- Experience with AT&T internal processes and systems
- Project management experience
- B.S. Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 5+ years' experience
- PMP Certified
- Experience in Automation
