Job Requirements:

The Position will have the following requirements:
  • Board Certified LPN or LVN
  • Current LPN or LVN License
  • Minimum of one year of experience in direct patient care
  • Current Basic Life Support Certification
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish encouraged, but not required


Duties and Responsibilities:

In this critical role, the LPN/LVN delivers hands-on nursing care alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Conducting health assessments, intake interviews, and documentation of medical histories
  • Obtaining and recording vital signs and patient symptoms with accuracy and efficiency
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a licensed provider
  • Assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of routine medical conditions onsite
  • Providing wound care, immunizations, and basic triage support
  • Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising provider.
  • Supporting infection control and public health initiatives, including isolation protocols
  • Preparing patients for medical examinations or procedures
  • Coordinating referrals and assisting with medical transfers for higher-level care
  • Documenting all care provided in accordance with policies and recordkeeping standards
  • Participating in emergency response efforts, including stabilization and medical summaries prior to travel, transfer, or release
  • Supporting a clean, organized, and stocked clinical environment
