NETMAN Level 4 Consulting FAE
The Network Management (NETMAN) Field Application Engineer (FAE) provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will provide engineering and capability management support for the NETMAN which consist of core toolsets that identify device failures, perform failure root cause analysis, monitor network performance, identify important trends, deep packet analysis, network analytics and situational awareness data providing an automated solution for analysts to quickly correlate data across multiple sensors located globally, and provides alerts when network behavior deviates from normal patterns as well as bandwidth utilization. We are looking to hire part-time a NETMAN FAE to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

HOW AN ENTERPRISE ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to the ADCNOMS project.
- Experience in Network Management (such as CA Spectrum ® and eHealth ® )
- Knowledge of CMDB/SS
- Working Knowledge of Jumpstart (bare metal recovery) VM (Virtual Machine)
- Extensive technical expertise in cross platform Windows and Red Hat Linux stand-alone server and virtual server environmental expertise in integrating with Active Directory (AD), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Windows and Linux Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and hardening using DISA's Benchmark
- CA Spectrum ® Product Family (minimum 9.2)
- CA eHealth ® (minimum 6.3)
- CA Business Intelligence (CABI) (minimum 3.2)
- OneClick for CA Spectrum ® (minimum 9.2) OneClick for eHealth ® (minimum 6.3)
- Red Hat 5.x (minimum 5.6)
- VMWare (Virtualization) (minimum 5.x)
- Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in information technology field
- DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAT level III Certification
- Computing Environment Certification, Microsoft Intermediate Certification, CISA, CCNA or equivalents
- Security Clearance Level: Secret
- Required Skills and Abilities: experience in Network Management (such as CA Spectrum ® and eHealth ® ), strong verbal and written communication skills, good problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills: Current understanding of Army Enterprise capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs.
- Location: On Customer Site (Ft. Huachuca, AZ)
