Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) Capabilities Analyst

Contractor will provide expert support for NRRE processes and systems (including Global Force Management (GFM), Navy Organizational Server (NOS), NTIMS, and NRRE-BI)
Provide expertise in NTIMS supporting creation and revision of METLs and NWTP
Provide expertise in the use of NRRE-BI, IBM Cognos application to develop tailored reports of IW readiness
Provide expertise of DRRS-based readiness reporting and related current policy and doctrine
Provide familiarity with other related enterprise applications—GSORTS, OARs, PFOM, GFM NOS, RAVEN, etc.

Required Qualifications:

BS/BA in operations research, operations management, applied psychology, curriculum, instruction, or other related field of study
Five years of experience in NTIMS
Expertise in the use of RAVEN and NREE-BI IBM Cognos application to develop tailored reports
TS//SCI clearance
Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills
