Business Systems Analyst (Navy Performance Improvement Educational Resource (NPIER) Analysis Support)
Contractor will provide analytical services associated with the assessment phase of NWTS, using recognized process analysis and process improvement methodologies, including:
Problem solving best practices, performance to plan (P2P), and NPIER Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology
Tracking lessons learned and applying root cause analysis to recommend improvements to training
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA in operations research, operations management, applied psychology, curriculum, instruction, or other related field of study
Five years experience in application of assessment phase methodologies applied in context of the joint training system
Demonstrated experience developing DoDAF 2.0 architecture documentation
TS//SCI clearance
Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills
