Business Systems Analyst (with expertise in Cyber, Cryptology, Intelligence, Meteorological, or Network Operations)
Contractor support ULTRA certification process with program assist visits, program review visits, and mobile training training of unit CRTT members
Analysis and recommendations supporting development and refinement of mission-specific certification standards, processes, and procedures
Analysis and recommendations for establishing and maintaining effective unit level self-evaluation
Performance assessment and trend analysis of unit exercise grade sheets, exercise events and certification venues, evaluation of overall training effectiveness, and recommended actions
Assistance to NAVIFOR staff and subordinate units to design and develop unite level exercises and supporting artifacts to qualify individuals and teams
Support analysis of assessed commands to self-train, self-assess, self-report, and maintain continuous certification requirements
Required Qualifications:
Five years of experience with Navy Cyber Warfare, Cryptology, Intelligence, METOC, or Network Ops
BS/BA in operations research, operations management, applied psychology, curriculum, instruction, or other related field of study
Five years experience in Navy Warfare Training Plan (NWTP) development, maintenance, and execution in Unit-level Training and Readiness Assessments (ULTRA) certification.
Demonstrated experience in developing and revising instructional materials for virtual and mobile teams
Demonstrated experience authoring and maintaining training readiness-related PQS
Demonstrated experience authoring, scheduling, delivering, and reporting on level of knowledge (LOK) examinations
Demonstrated experience with design and application of training objectives and unit training requirements
Experience with the Service and/or Joint Training Plan development capabilities
TS//SCI clearance
Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills
