ManTech seeks an Intelligence Research Analyst to join our team supporting a growing program that supports the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD I&S) in College Park, MD and Arlington, VA (as needed.) This position provides protection for DoD technology programs and resources from espionage, acts of terrorism, and crime and requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance (in DISS).

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Tracking and managing taskings in the DoD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS.)
- Draft and update technology protection materials necessary for coordination and staffing within DoD. Attend meetings and write meeting summary reports.
- Develop dissemination packages that can be shared with U.S. stakeholders and collect and track metrics on the performance and effectiveness of high-level technology protection efforts within OUSD(I&S).
- Review DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) policy, participate in policy development working group meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders within DoD as necessary to advance technology protection policy matters.
- Engage with Defense components, Combatant Commands, government agencies and the IC to improve OUSD(I&S) technology protection efforts. Maintain contact and serve as a liaison to interagency partners, IC, academia, and industry.
- Perform analytical, planning, operational, or evaluative work concerning the coordination, development, and/or implementation of OUSD(I&S) programs and policies.
- Search government unclassified and classified systems as well as commercially available data and analytic repositories to conduct research to:
- Identify security gaps
- Provide recommendations to fill security gaps
- Mitigate threats to technology protection
- Evaluate data and provide assessments to protect critical and emerging technology
- Work at the Arlington, VA customer site on an as needed basis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree and 7 years of experience, a total of 15 years of experience can replace degree requirements.
- Experience utilizing OSINT tools
- Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media
- Familiarization using Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarization with DoD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS.)
Preferred Requirements:
- Applied Science Degree and/or Advanced Degree preferred
- Experience in working with various intelligence disciplines and the data and tools associated with these disciplines
- Experience with IT services or technology deployments for the DoD
- Experience in client interactions, including dealing with technology strategies and road mapping
- Experience developing & delivering senior level briefs
Clearance Requirements:
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
