Business Systems Analyst
Universal Naval Task List (UNTL)-based Mission Essential Task List (METL) development and maintenance support
Contractor will support METL development and annual METL review
Demonstrates expertise for mission analysis in support of METL development
Delivers technical reports
Provides support, including:
Review of existing policy and doctrine to validate tasks
Develops graphical depictions of command activities
Defines horizontal and vertical linkages across levels of war based on tasks required for OPLANS, CONPLANS, mission orders, and IW missions
Analytical support for selecting and developing performance standards
Validation of decisive factors of operational commander
Facilitation development of mission models as per USFFC guidance
Definition of mission threads to support the development of MESL
Support improvement of UNTL-based mission analysis technical report template
Facilitate METL review SOP
Required Qualifications:
BA/BA in operations research, operations management, applied psychology, or other related field of study
Five years of experience with METL annual reviews and mission analysis
Demonstrated experience in the application of DoDAF 2.0
Demonstrated experience in process analysis methodologies
TS/SCI clearance
Demonstrated Problem solving skills
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills
This is a contingency hire pending contract award
