Work you'll do

• Provide process improvement and requirements support to ServiceNow asset management project
• Develop Visio workflows and PowerPoint system mockups
• Lead requirements sessions with key stakeholders and develop requirements with the larger functional team for the technical team to develop
• Manage client relationships
• Work with team to mentor and develop functional skillsets

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 2+ years of Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Process Improvement, or Requirements Analyst experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Process Improvement experience
