Our work depends on a Top Secret Cleared Technical Support Specialist joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable the Federal Bureau of Investigation ( FBI ) to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism.
HOW A TECHNICAL SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or other equivalent technical discipline (may substitute with commensurate work experience).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of related experience
REQUIRED TECHINICAL SKILLS: Experience in JIRA, Service manager, Microsoft TAC, Avaya BCM, Avaya IP Office
CLEARANCE: TOP SECRET

- Manages and troubleshoot and tickets
- Coordinates tech dispatch
- Creates recommendations for dispatch/hardware
- Service desk support
- On call support for O&M
- External Dialing support
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
