StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration/Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River MD to support our NAVAIR customer. The Configuration/Management Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
Essential Job Duties:
• Provide Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) support for common or out of production Aviation Training Systems in accordance with PMA Configurations Management Plan
• Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft training systems
• Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data
• Tracks configuration changes
• Coordinates and supports the development of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
• Assessments of component obsolescence issues
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
• Facilitate the NAVAIR CM Process
• Coordinating and Facilitating Technical Interchange Meetings

Required Experience: Senior
• Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
• CMPRO Experience
Desired Experience:
• Experience with CM/DM of software intensive programs and working with Technical Development Packages
Education Requirements:
• MA/MS degree
• Allowable Education Substitutes Include the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree
• Associate degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree
• Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree
Security Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
