CONTINGENT CONTRACT AWARD
The locations will depend on the travel to the various CONUS and OCONUS government sites as needed to ensure success.
CONUS: FT Belvoir, VA; Springfield, VA; Joint Base McGuire, Dix, Lakehurst, NJ; Devens, MA; Laurel, MD; College Park, GA, Orlando, FL, San Antonio, TX; Fort Sheridan, IL; Phoenix, AZ; Fayetteville, NC
OCONUS: Southern Command, Indian and Pacific Command, Central Command, African Command, Northern Command, and European Command.
The Collective Trainer, SME will provide expert collective training support to the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Headquarters in developing, managing, and executing collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces. This includes support across multiple intelligence disciplines such as:
· Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
· All-Source Intelligence
· Intelligence (SIGINT)
· Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
· Counter-intelligence (CI)
The Collective Trainer, SME shall perform the following tasks:
· Review and analyze training plans developed by GFCs to ensure alignment with Army doctrine, policies, and training strategies.
· Identify gaps, redundancies, or areas for improvement in the proposed training plans.
· Provide recommendations and guidance to GFCs for enhancing their training plans.
· Support the planning, coordination, and execution of collective training exercises across various intelligence disciplines.
· Develop comprehensive exercise plans, scenarios, and training objectives that align with operational requirements and training needs.
· Coordinate with subject matter experts, role players, and other stakeholders to ensure realistic and effective delivery of training.
· Facilitate the integration of multiple intelligence disciplines into collective training events.
· Identify and secure the required training resources, including facilities, equipment, and materials.
· Coordinate with relevant organizations to ensure the availability and allocation of necessary resources for collective training events.
· Manage logistical arrangements, such as transportation, accommodation, and support services for training participants.
Training Evaluation and Assessment:
· Develop evaluation criteria and metrics to assess the effectiveness of collective training exercises.
· Conduct comprehensive after-action reviews and analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
· Provide detailed reports and recommendations to MIRC HQ and relevant stakeholders for enhancing future training programs.
· Liaise with GFCs, Army Reserve Intelligence units, and other relevant organizations to facilitate effective coordination and collaboration during collective training events.
Requirements
Must have 3-5 years of military intelligence training experience, expertise in intelligence disciplines, proficiency in planning and executing training exercises, resource management skills, and strong collaboration abilities.
Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph eligibility. Preferred Army MIRC experience.
Required certifications include military education, training and facilitation credentials, project management certification.
Foster strong working relationships with subject matter experts, training facilitators, and external partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
Participate in meetings, working groups, and forums related to collective training and intelligence readiness.
