Responsibilities:
- Lead Azure cloud engineering teams in Agile project execution, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Oversee cloud security initiatives, ensuring compliance with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), FedRAMP, and DoD cybersecurity policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between government clients, security teams, and cloud engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Guide the design, implementation, and optimization of multi-tenant Microsoft Azure architecture for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with security operations teams to manage cloud security monitoring, alerts, and response efforts.
- Identify and resolve gaps in governance, reporting, and alerting for Azure enterprise environments.
- Ensure seamless integration of Azure cloud services, ICAM, ServiceNow, JIRA, and GitLab for secure and efficient operations.
- Manage technical support queues, service-level agreements, and customer requests related to Azure cloud operations.
- Implement strategies to enhance automation, streamline DevSecOps processes, and improve cloud security operations.
- Support interoperability efforts across Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments for enterprise scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, cloud security, or IT operations, with a strong focus on Azure cloud environments.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, or similar certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Azure security tools, governance frameworks, and enterprise cloud deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), FedRAMP, RMF, NIST SP800-53, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, GitLab, and cloud-native security monitoring solutions.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security automation.
