Restore System Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
• Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
• Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
• Profile and permission structure knowledge
• Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH FS POLY REQUIRED

IAT Level 2 - CompTIA Security+ CE

Education:

HS/GED w/15 years of experience

Bachelors w/10 years of experience

CompTIA Security+ CE

Mandatory Skills:

Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization

Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault

Profile and permission structure knowledge

Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment

Salary:

The likely salary range is up to $144K . This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
