HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Assist in the restoration of files\profiles and mailboxes using backup applications Netbackup, Avamar, Commvault
• Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
• Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
• Profile and permission structure knowledge
• Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Basic computer
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Required Skills and Abilities: Critical thinker, Quick Learner, Detail Oriented, and Organizational skills
• Preferred Skills: Ability to work well independently, Verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and technical support
• Location: On Site
• US Citizenship Required
• Security +
• Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
