We are seeking an experienced Program Manager III to provide cybersecurity engineering support for various defense programs. This role will focus on engineering, acquisition, logistics, and cybersecurity support across multiple programs, including but not limited to:
The Program Manager III will oversee all aspects of cybersecurity engineering services, including analysis, secure design, test and evaluation (T&E), systems analysis and assessment, and life-cycle management.

The Program Manager III will oversee all aspects of cybersecurity engineering services, including analysis, secure design, test and evaluation (T&E), systems analysis and assessment, and life-cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage major technical support contracts within the DoD environment (Navy preferred).
- Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and status reports to support cybersecurity initiatives.
- Oversee cybersecurity project implementation and maintenance, tracking issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
- Directly manage technical teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Provide subcontractor oversight, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and performance expectations.
- Support engineering and R&D efforts related to cybersecurity mission areas.
- Ensure all work aligns with the Systems Engineering V Model across the system life cycle.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business/IT Management, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- 15+ years of full-time program management experience.
- 10+ years of full-time DoD contract management experience, including managing major technical support contracts (Navy preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in each of the following areas:
- Managing technical teams and project execution.
- Developing budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Overseeing cybersecurity engineering and research initiatives.
- Managing subcontractors (if applicable).
Clearance: Active Secret or higher.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition and contractual processes.
- Expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cybersecurity compliance.
- Familiarity with Navy, Marine Corps, and Joint Forces cybersecurity initiatives.
