Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivers training programs and workshops on specialized systems, applications, and technologies for USSOCOM.
- Instructs students in specific technical domain in various modes (virtual, mobile classrooms, and lab environments).
- Makes recommendations to improve the quality of course content and delivery.
- Tracks student progress through duration of course.
- Conducts analysis of pre-tests, post-tests, and post-training information and makes recommendations regarding the effectiveness of the training development and delivery system.
- A Senior labor category typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program.
- A Senior labor category may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- The labor category for this position is Business and Financial Operations Specialist Group 4, whereas the functional role is Training Delivery Lead.
Experience and Education
- 10+ years of relevant experience for Senior level position
- Master's degree or equivalent years of experience as substitution
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years' work experience
- OR 12 years' work experience may be substituted for a Master's degree
- Can perform all functional duties independently
