Evolver Federal is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to support a Federal client. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive security operations roadmap, manage ESOC performance, and ensure alignment with organizational security objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional security teams to enhance threat detection, response, and overall cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SOC strategy and roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain a ESOC governance framework.
  • Oversee ESOC operations and ensure alignment with organizational security objectives.
  • Monitor and Track the ESOC performance measurement framework.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the ESOC's effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other security teams to ensure seamless integration of ESOC activities.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • An Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • 1 of the following Certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • 10 years of experience in cybersecurity program management in direct supervision of multiple teams executing various Enterprise Security Operations functions, covering multiple unclassified and classified networks covering multiple geographically dispersed locations.
  • 5 years of experience with cybersecurity principles, risk management, and project management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field
  • An active Department of Energy Q Clearance
  • Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and providing technical and strategic guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and program management.
  • Ability to articulate technical and strategic concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address security incidents, vulnerabilities, and program challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance cybersecurity posture and program effectiveness.
